Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your X-SENSE account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the item in its original packaging with all manuals and accessories included to ensure a full refund, then securely seal the box for transit.

• 3.
  Ship to Service Center

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location to be sent back to our quality control team.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned unit, we will process your refund or dispatch your replacement item within 5 to 7 business days.
